Mobile Shop Owner’s Rs 15 Lakh Chit Prize Delayed 55 Days, Telangana Consumer Commission Orders Rs 44,500 Relief
A Telangana consumer commission has upheld an order against Kapil Chits after finding that a mobile shop owner’s Rs 15 lakh chit prize was delayed by more than 55 days. The company blamed late submission of sureties, but its own records showed the documents had been submitted earlier. The consumer commission upheld Rs 44,500 in total relief.
